Villa Rates – Self-catering (minimum stay 3 nights)
Villa Description:
Two Villas – Beachfront set in private subtropical gardens. The lower level opens onto decks, and lawn with access straight onto the beach through a gate. Each 70sq mtr Villa has a ground floor with living, dining and well-equipped kitchen facilities with ranch sliders opening onto a deck with outdoor table and chairs and barbeque. Upstairs comprises a large king/twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with large bath and separate shower and magnificent views The bedroom has a ranch slider and deck overlooking the harbour. There is a comfortable full sized rollaway bed to accommodate a 3rd person downstairs. The Villas are conjoined but have a solid screen separating them to ensure privacy.
Per Villa maximum capacity- 3 adults - x 1 king/twin double en-suite bedroom and 1 full sized rollaway downstairs
Child Policy: No children under 12years.
Rates
Check in 3pm – check out 11am
Villas fully serviced weekly for stays longer than 6 nights.
High season- 1st December to 31st Jan -$300.00 per night per double
Shoulder season- 1st Feb to 31st May-$275.00 per night per double
Low season- 1st June to 31st Oct $250.00 per night per double
Third person $50 per night rollaway bed downstairs, all linen supplied.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
20% nonrefundable deposit of the total accommodation amount or 1 night (whichever is the greater)
Balance in full to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
Check in is from 3pm on the day of occupancy and guests are asked to vacate their room by 11.00 am on the day of departure.
